The new edition of the “Falstaff” restaurant guide has again rated many Austrian restaurants. The guide particularly enjoyed eating in Ischgl, as you can read here: a total of 28 forks for Ischgl. Here’s a detailed look at the results.

You can see the highest-rated restaurants in Ischgl at a glance. As a special service: Trisanna provides links to its portraits of the best chefs

Two Ischgl restaurants were awarded four forks:
The Paznauner Stube and Restaurant Stüva. Our portrait of Martin Sieberer (Paznauner Stube and Heimatbühne) is here. And our portrait of Benjamin Parth (Stüva) is here.

Three forks went to:
Sieberers Heimatbühne, the Schlossherrnstube, Restaurant Stiar and Restaurant Ursprung. Our portrait of the head chef at Schlossherrenstuben, Gustav Jantscher, is here; and our portrait of Günther Döberl (Stiar) is here.

Fliana Gourmet, Lucy Wang, Salnerhof and Mad. You can find our portrait of Martin Spitzer (Fliana) here, and of Klaus Brunmayer (Lucy Wang) here.

The oven’s still warm. And now there’s a new manual for anyone who wants to eat well in Ischgl.
